Welcome to Get Nailed Studio. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the terms listed below.
1. Appointments & Bookings
• Prior appointments help ensure availability.
• Walk-ins are accepted based on slot availability.
• You must provide accurate contact details so we can confirm your appointment.
2. Payments
• We accept UPI, cash, and online transfers.
• Full payment is required at the time of service.
• Prices may vary depending on design, length, add-ons, or customization.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please inform us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
• No-shows may affect future bookings or require advance payment.
4. Service Guarantee
• We offer up to 3 days service warranty on nail extensions for minor fixes such as:
• Lifting
• Chipping
• Breakage
• Warranty does NOT apply if:
• Nails were mishandled
• Chemicals, heat, or water damage
• Another salon has worked on the nails
5. Hygiene & Safety
• We follow strict hygiene practices.
• Tools are sanitized before every client.
• If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please inform us before the service.
6. Photos & Media Use
• With your permission, we may capture photos/videos of the service for social media or portfolio use.
• No content is used without your consent.
7. Personal Data
• Your data is protected and never shared with third parties.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions anytime. Updated versions will be posted on our website.

At Get Nailed Studio, we ensure high-quality service. Please review our cancellation and refund terms.
1. Cancellations
• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before appointment.
• Late cancellations may require a booking deposit for future appointments.
2. Rescheduling
• You can reschedule anytime before your appointment slot based on availability.
3. Refund Policy
• Refunds are not applicable on:
• Completed services
• Nail art/design customization
• Add-ons
• In case of genuine service issues, we offer:
• Free fix within 3 days
• Replacement of extension if required (case-by-case basis)
4. Advance Payments (if taken)
• Advance fees are non-refundable, but can be adjusted towards a rescheduled appointment within 7 days.
5. Service Disputes
• Must be reported within 3 days.
• We will inspect and resolve fairly.
