Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Get Nailed Studio, we value your time and ours. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for all Nail, Skin, Hair & PMU services.
1. Appointment Cancellation
• You may cancel your appointment up to 3 hours in advance without any charges.
• Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee depending on the service.
2. Rescheduling Appointments
• You may reschedule your appointment once for free, if done at least 3 hours in advance.
• Last-minute rescheduling (under 3 hours) will be subject to availability and may require a new appointment slot.
3. No-Show Policy
A “no-show” is when a client:
• Does not show up for their appointment
• Does not inform us on time
No-shows may be required to pay a booking/advance fee for future appointments.
4. Refund Policy
Since our services require time, effort, and products, we do not provide refunds on completed services.
However:
• If you face an issue with your nails or treatment, we offer free fixes within 48 hours.
• Prepaid appointment fees are non-refundable, but may be adjusted toward another service.
5. Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you experience any issues with:
• Nail extensions
• Gel polish
• Nail art
• PMU
• Hair or skin services
Please contact us within 48 hours for review and resolution.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
